bizSearch Ltd does not offer refunds or returns for incorrect ordered items or due to change of mind. So please choose carefully when buying from us.
If your parcel has been returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to collect it from Fastway Couriers or Toll New Zealand (for New Zealand only), we will contact you to either resend or provide you with a refund excluding shipping fees. Please note, if we have to resend, additional freight charges will apply.
